Keelung is a city on the coast of Taiwan with a large seaport. Any guesses on how I ended up here? =)

Good guesses guys. Now for what actually happened....Saturday, I decide to go exploring. I had take the metro and then walk, walk, walk. Well, instead of walking so far back to the same station, I figure there must be a closer station. I try to ask several people but no one speaks English. Finally, one girl speaks enough English to say "take bus".
Sooo...I go to the buses and I see one that says Keelung, which happens to be name of the street I live near. So, I hop on and we take off. And we drive....and drive....and I start seeing countryside. By this time, I'm trying not to panic. I get out my Taiwan book and see that Keelung is also the name of a city on the coast. I call one of the girls from office to see how long of a trip I was in for. Only 40 minutes, not too bad... I got off the bus in Keelung, took some pictures of the water, and got on another bus heading back to Taipei.
It was actually kind of a neat adventure. I wish I had longer to explore Keelung. At least I've seen the Taiwan coast now! =)

Hope your having a great time! Did you call in to the Rick and Bubba show last week or the week before?? I was listening and someone from B'ham called in on skype from Taiwan and my first thought was you!From the looks of the food, I bet you weigh about 80 pounds!

Yes! That was me! I had just started listening online and I was talking to my mom on skype when I heard the call of skpers. =)
