Crazy Busy...

I have had good intentions of updating my blog for a week or so now...it has just been crazy busy around here! Some of the things that have kept me busy:

• Another week of formal classes at the Bible School...we were out the door before 7 every morning.
• The girls and I were super crafty and made this awesome welcome sign for our front door! Our supplies included coke cans, newspaper, a cereal box, paint and glue. =) Love it!

• We had a guest! Ayana, from LA, has been in Antigua studying Spanish. We picked her up Thursday and she got to spend time hanging out before she had to be at the airport on Friday. Fun stuff!

• The big annual festival to raise funds for the Bible School was this past Saturday. There were all kinds of activities...a yard sale, smoothies, clown show, kids games, and more food than you can imagine. So much fun! I was in charge of painting the big sign and face painting. 

• I finally got to skype with my favorite little man. It had been WAY too long! Can't believe how fast he is growing and changing. Love him!

• We had another guest over Saturday night... Tabatha is here for 6 months teaching English so we had her over Saturday night for a grand pancake feast. =)
• Sunday, we went to an evening service at a different church here in the city. The service was AMAZING! Such a strong, sweet presence of God. Just what my soul needed.

There you have it....the highlights of my life for the past week. Fabulous progress has been happening with the orphanage project. So much so that it deserves it's own post. =)
