and I've gotta say that it has really motivated me to think about what kind of stuff I am putting into my body.
You guys all know that I'm a HUGE dessert fan. Chocolate and I have always been really good friends. Don't be too shocked; I haven't completely cut out sugar. =) I've just become a lot more aware of what I'm eating which makes it more unappetizing.
Of course, I still have to eat yummy goodies. I might just only have 2 cookies instead of 8. =) This book is really good at breaking down what all sugar (and substitutes) do to one's body. I'm going to be checking out some other books along the same line in the near future.
