Pics from our week at school

I finally am getting to posting the pictures we took during our week at school. We took about 500 but I'm only posting 45. =)

Antigua is super cool..I really, really like it. We were there the week before Semana Santa which is Holy Week. Catholics celebrate the whole week of Easter...not just one day! It's chaos. They do processionals (like a parade) carrying statues of Jesus and Mary. They close the streets that the prosessionals will go down and the people make these carpets out of sawdust. It's really pretty!

Katie and I visited all sorts of stuff while we were there. We did just about all of the museums and sights. There are lots of ruins from like the 1500's. Anyway...enjoy the photos.

Dustin is here visiting so we've been keeping busy. I have a lot more to update...maybe I can get to some of it tomorrow. =)
