Antigua

We went to Antigua with the group last Saturday. It's a gorgeous city! It's about 20 minutes from our house. Antigua was orginally the capital city but it was destroyed twice (once by flood and once from an earthquake). So after it was destroyed the second time, they moved the location of the capital further up in like the 1700's or so.

Antigua has a lot old Spanish architecture and cobblestone streets. It's super cool. This is also where Katie and I will be going to Spanish school in a week or so. =)

A visit to an old Monastery...so cool!
